Information we use

We use your help question, device details such as platform and model, session progress, feedback, problem reports, purchase status, and ad-delivery information to provide the app, remember your place, protect users, improve the service, and support the free version. Please do not submit passwords, verification codes, bank information, or other sensitive details.

Photos and screenshots

If you use Show Us, the image is sent to OpenAI to return cautious visual facts. The app does not store the uploaded image in our database. We may store the text findings needed for the help session. OpenAI may process request data to provide the service and for abuse monitoring as described in its policies.

Purchases and ads

Subscriptions and remove-ads purchases are handled through Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat purchase status to decide whether Full Help or Remove Ads is active. Free users may see ads provided through Google AdMob. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare, Neon, OpenAI, Expo, Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat to operate the app. Information is shared only as needed to provide these services.

Choices and deletion

You may stop using the app at any time. To request deletion of information associated with your use of the app, email oopsorganized@gmail.com.
